Description

Ty Haf is a lovely holiday home with sea and mountain views from all living areas - the conservatory, lounge and upstairs sitting area. A large terrace and a pretty, maintained garden allow plenty of private outdoor space. The house sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms - master bedroom with a king size bed, a double bedroom and two twin rooms, one with bunk beds. A garage is attached to the property and there is parking for up to three cars/boats.

The Kitchen

The newly-fitted kitchen has ample work surfaces and storage cupboards, a family-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and hobs. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. There is also a separate laundry with a washing machine,tumble dryer and freezer.

The Sun Terrace

The sheltered terrace which leads onto a pretty garden faces south-east and is a sun-trap through to mid-afternoon. Garden furniture and a barbeque make it a delightful spot for outdoor eating.

The Conservatory

Adjoining the terrace is the conservatory which is double-glazed and can be used all year round. Comfortable seating and excellent views across the bay make this a favourite room in the house. The open-plan dining area is part of the conservatory.

Upstairs sitting area

The upstairs living area has panoramic views across the bay and is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. It is often used as a quiet area within the house.

The Master Bedroom

There are two bathrooms in the house. The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower, WC and sink, whilst the en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a shower, sink and WC.

A central heating and hot-water system, adjustable by timer ensures that the house is comfortable all year round.  Most of the windows are double-glazed and the house is fully insulated.
